Change Law exists so Dr. Bob can offer his services free of charge to children, or victims of human rights violations. Since this is volunteer work he can only take a very few cases each year, but if you are a young person seeking representation, or an individual whose human rights may have been violated, please email Dr. Bob at theparentingcentre@bigpond.com or call our office on 5435 2504 and set up a  time to discuss your situation with Dr. Bob. There will not be charge, but you may be asked to provide a brief summary of your
situation via e-mail prior to the consultation.
