Fortunately, the issue of children’s rights has received increasing awareness over the last 25 years. One of the most challenging aspects for adults is recognizing children are full-fledged human beings and citizens of the Commonwealth. Children have rights, and advocacy does NOT mean just doing what WE believe is in “children’s best interests”.
